Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us. As our products are handcrafted with care, we have specific guidelines for returns to ensure quality for all customers.

7-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges only within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, your Saree, Sarong, Frock, or Lungi must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and without any scents (perfume or detergent).
  • In its original Batik packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Folded neatly (specifically for Sarees and Lungis) to avoid fabric damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that items purchased during Clearance Sales or items showing signs of physical damage caused by the customer cannot be returned.

How to Process

To initiate a return, please WhatsApp us a photo of the item and your order invoice. Once approved, you can courier the item back to our workshop. Note: Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
